摘要
介绍了模糊PID控制器的构成与工作以及模糊PID控制器的交流伺服系统.交流伺服技术是研制开发各种先进机电一体化产品的关键性技术,由模糊PID组成的控制器无需知道系统的精确模型,采用模糊控制和PID控制的复合控制,使交流伺服系统具备了更强的鲁棒性和更为优良的动、静态性能.利用了变频器的多种控制功能,用编码器精确测速,控制算法采用了参数自整定PIDD算法,实现了精确的变频调速闭环控制.仿真结果表明,该交流伺服系统具有优良的性能和实际应用推广价值.
Composition and principle of fuzzy PID controller and AC servo system is introduced.AC servo is a key technology of advanced mechatronics product development.The fuzzy and PID controller need not know the accurate model of the system.Adopting the composite control of fuzzy and PID,the AC servo system has strong robustness and good dynamic and static performances.Using kinds of control functions of frequency converter,and accurate speed measurement with encoder,the system adopts parameter self-regulation PIDD control,which realizes the closed loop control of frequency converter accurately.The simulation results show that the AC servo system has good control performances and great practical application values.
