摘要
本文研究了挤压疏解作用对木片吸收性的影响。结果表明,原木片对 1%NaOH溶液的吸收速度高于对苯的吸收速度,更高于对水的吸收速度,而且初始吸收速度很快, 1%NaOH溶液的 1min吸收量可达到 7min吸收量的85%,苯可达到 80%,水可达到 75%。杨木的吸收性明显好于桦木。挤压疏解作用可以显著改善木片对各种液体的吸收性,其中杨木对水、苯和 1%NaOH溶液的吸收量分别为木片的 6、4和 5倍,而桦木分别为 4、3和 4倍。挤压疏解的次数增加,吸收效果明显改善,但挤压疏解次数超过 2次以后,吸收能力增加的幅度减小。
The paper studies on the effect of impressafining on absorbability of wood chips. The results show that the speed of absorbing 1%NaOH solution not only is higher than that of absorbing benzene, but also is higher than that of absorbing water for unimpressafined chips, and the initial absorbing speed is very rapid, the 1min absorbed dose of 1%NaOH solution is up to 85% of the 7min absorbed dose and that of benzene may be 80% and water 75%. The absorbability of poplar is notably better than that of birch. The effect of impressafining may notably improve the absorbability of chips on all kinds of liquids, the absorbabilities of poplar impressafined on water, benzene and 1%NaOH are 6times, 4times, 5times as that of wood chips respectively, and those of birch impressafined being 4times, 3times, 4times respectively. With the times of impressafining increasing, the effect of absorbability notably improves. But when the impressafining times excesses 2, the extent of absorbability enhancement decreases.
