摘要
该文阐述了上海在建设生态城区时,坚持“以人为本”的观点,认真进行了无障碍环境设计。主要包括:缘石坡道、盲道、交通音响信号装置、无障碍入口、轮椅坡道、无障碍电梯、无障碍厕所等几个方面,并按DGJ08—103—2003《无障碍设施设计标准》介绍了具体设计要求和技术参数。
Taking human being as the key point, barrier-free environment design has been carried out earnestly in the construction of ecological area in Shanghai, mainly including curb slope, blind lane, traffic sound & signal facility, barrier-free entrance, wheelchair slope, barrier-free lift, barrier-free toilet etc. Also introduced are design requirements and technical parameters.
