摘要
介绍了SBA的基本概念以及国内外发展和应用情况, 提出应用SBA优化我国武器装备研制和采办过程的建议, 分析了SBA实施的困难和面临的挑战以及可能带来的效益, 并具体给出了我国实施SBA研究应用的几点建议.
The basic concept of SBA(simulation-based acquisition), its development and application conditions are introduced. The facing difficulities, challenges and effects of applying SBA are analyzed. Some suggestions about applying SBA to the weapons developing and acquisition procedure are given.
