摘要
本文以淳化县泥河沟流域综合治理为例,讨论在市场经济形势下,黄土高原农村经济的发展要以市场为导向,调整产业结构,结合治理全方位多层次开发,发展“名、特、优、新”产品和商品生产,并以试验示范基地为先导,推动区域经济的持续发展。
Discusses the development of rural economy in Loess Plateau under market economy conditions. It reveals that market should be taken as a guide to readjust industrial structure, and exploit in all phases with multiple levels. In order to sustain continous development of regional economy, various famous, special, fine and new products and commodity production should be developed.
