摘要
在氧乐果可溶性液剂的制备中 ,我们对溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、稳定剂进行了研究。筛选出了两个最佳配方 :氧乐果 5 0 % (质量浓度 ) ,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 2 .5 % ,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚 0 .7% ,无水十二烷基苯磺酸钙 ( 5 0 0 # ) 1 .8% ,稳定剂 0 .2 % ,助溶剂 5 % ,溶剂补加到 1 0 0 % ;氧乐果 80 % (质量浓度 ) ,苯乙基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚 3 % ,烷基酚甲醛树脂聚氧乙烯醚 0 .9% ,无水十二烷基苯磺酸钙 ( 5 0 0 # ) 2 .2 % ,稳定剂 0 .5 % ,助溶剂6 % ,溶剂补加到 1 0 0 %。用两种配方生产的产品性能优良。田间试验结果表明 。
In the preparation of soluble liquid/concentrate of omethoate, solvent, assistance solvent, emulsifier and stability agent are researched. Two optimal formulations are sieved out. The first is as follows : omethoate (w/v) 50%, phenolethyl polyoxyethylene polypropyl ether 2.5%, alkylphenol formoresin polyethyl ether 0.7%, anhy. calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 1.8%,stability agent 0.2%, assistance solvent 5% and solvent 31.8%. The second is : omethoate (w/v) 80%, phenolethyl polyoxyethylene polypropyl ether 3%, alkylphenol formoresin polyethyl ether 0.9%, anhy. calcium dodecyl benzene sulfonate 2.2%, stability agent 0.5%, assistance solvent 6%,and solvent 7.4%. The performance of these two kinds of products of different formulation are excellent and the field tests show that, their properties are better than those of emulsion concentrate.
