摘要
概述了两种含氟导轨材料及其技术指标和特性,并就实验室和实际应用两个方面对其进行了性能试验与测试.叙述了含氟导轨材料的应用工艺和应用实例.实际应用证明,可使机床导轨寿命延长十年以上,并且应用成本低,社会经济效益显著.
This paper summarizes two kinds of fluorine-containing material of guideways, its technical specifications and properties. Fxperiments for testing the properties have been made both in the laboratory and actual application. This paper also introduces the application technology and application examples of the above mentioned material. It has been proved that this kind of material can make the guideway last more than ten years and the cost is very low. It has remarkable social and economic benefits.
