摘要
本文叙述了封闭式试验台功率流的方向与电机功率、加载器力矩大小的关系,从中得出结论:电机安放在功率流末端时,电机功率最小;加载器安放在功率流末端时,所需力矩也最小,这样可以使整个试验台的功率损失最小,各零、部件的受力也最小。
This paper tells the relations among the direction of power flow and electromotor power and loader's moment in a closed test-board. The following conclusions are obtained; electromotor power is minimized when the electormotor is installed in the end of power flow;the required moment is minimized while the loader is put in the end of power flow. Thus,the lossed power of whole test-board and the force acted on every part is minimized.
