摘要
本文给出了低介电常数基片上宽槽线的混合模分析,应用付里叶变换域分析技术,并用矩量法求解所得表达式,从而获得该结构的色散特性和特征阻抗.在推导特征阻抗时,采用的是功率一电压定义.利用本文提供的方法计算的高介电常数基片上窄槽线的特征阻抗,与有关参考文献中的结果相比较,一致性很好.
This paper presents a hybrid mode analysis of wide slot lines on low-permittivity substrate. The dispersion characteristic and characteristic impedance of the structures are obtained by applying the Fourier transform domain technique and evaluating the resulting expressions numerically using the method of moments. The power-voltage definition of characteristic impedance is adopted in the deriva- tion of characteristic impedance. The results for the characteristic impedance of wide slot lines on low- permittivity substrate are presented. The results for the characteristic impedance of narrow slot lines on high-permittivity substrate by using the present method are compared with those available in the litera- ture showing a good agreement.
