摘要
由于历史的体制性原因 ,我国银行业与企业之间呈现出一种不平等、不对称的经济关系 ,这不仅阻碍了两大部门自身的改革与发展 ,更影响了社会主义市场经济的整体发育。本文详细分析了银企关系重塑所面临的体制性约束 ,并有针对性地提出了相关的政策建议。
Owing to the historic institutional reasons,banks and enterprises demonstrate an unequal and unbalanced economic relationship,which not only impedes their reform and development but also has an impact on the whole course of socialist market economy.This essay analyzes the institutional restriction of estabishing the modern bank enterprise relation ship in detail and puts forward some suggestions.
