摘要
在田间条件下,应用原状土柱培养-乙炔抑制法测定蔬菜地氮肥反硝化损失和N2O排放量。结果表明,在茄子-灰泥土系统中,不施氮肥处理下,土壤氮素反硝化损失量和N2O排放量分别为N22.8kg·hm-2和N8.2kg·hm-2;施氮肥处理下,反硝化损失量和N2O排放量都极显著提高,分别达N37.9和N33.8kg·hm-2;氮肥反硝化损失量占施肥量的5.1%,产生的N2O排放量占施肥量的8.6%。土壤氮素反硝化损失量和N2O排放量与土壤水分含量极显著相关,而与土壤中铵态氮和硝态氮含量的相关性不显著。
A field experiment was conducted to measure denitrification loss and N 2O emission from nitrogen fertilizer applied to a field grown with eggplants by soil core incubation-acetylene inhibition method. The results showed that the amount of N 2 O emitted from soil (without N fertilizer applied) was N 8.2 kg·hm -2 , while the amount of N 2O derived from applied N fertilizer was N 25.6 kg·hm -2 (8.6 % of applied N).The corresponding figures for denitrification losse were N 22.8 and N 15.1 kg·hm -2 (5.1% of applied N) respectively.The denitrification loss and N 2O emission amounts of the treatment with N fertilizer applied were significantly higher than that of the treatment without N fertilizer applied (P<0.01). These results also indicated that nitrification-denitrification was one of main approaches of nitrogen fertilizer losses in vegetable field. And there were significant relationships between denitrification loss and N 2O emission and soil water content (P<0.01).
