摘要 现有非介入式超声管道测压方法的不足主要表现在 :对测量不同管材、管径的管道压力适应能力差 ;低压测量误差大 ;温度、流速波动对测量准确度影响大。论文提出了利用扩大直接测量时间法、间接测量时间法 (相位测量法 )、共振法、衰减法以改善现有方法的不足。同时建立了涉及温度和流速的压力测量数学模型。为超声非介入式管道压力测量方法改进提供理论借鉴。 The faults of ultrasonic non intrusive pressure testing methods in existence are: lack of adaptation to different pipe materials and diameters; greater error in low pressure testing; lower accuracy with fluctuation of temperature and flow velocity. Methods to improve these shortages are presented, they are expand direct time measurement; indirect time testing(phase testing); resonance and attenuation. A mathematic model related to temperature and flow velocity is established too. All these works may provide theoretical references for ultrasonic non intrusive pressure testing in pipes.
