摘要
介绍了甲醇羰基化镍催化剂的研究进展。甲醇非铑、非卤素新催化体系是甲醇羰基化创新的研究方向,可不用昂贵的铑催化剂,无需加入碘化物作促进剂,解决了设备腐蚀、碘化物回收及产物与催化剂难以分离等问题,因而具有广阔的应用前景。分析了目前甲醇羰基化的发展现状。
Latest advances in nickel-based methanol carbonylation catalysts were reviewed. Non-rhodium non-halogen catalytic systems represent the trends in renovation of methanol carbonylation techniques, which eliminate use of costly rhodium and addition of iodide promoter and avoid the problems of equipment corrosion, iodine recovery and separation of the catalyst.
