摘要
本文通过比较中外政府对发展风险投资的支持工作,主要从政府对风险投资的不同阶段的支持方式以及税收、资金来源渠道、风险投资机构组织形式等方面进行分析,结合实际讨论了我国现阶段政府对风险投资的支持方面存在的问题与不足,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议。
This paper mainly discusses about the extent to which Chinese and foreign governments support the risk investment, tax revenue, capital sources and investment organizations. Meanwhile it gives an overview of the problems and shortcomings of Chinese government's support in risk investment and puts forward some suggestions accordingly.
