摘要
本文提出邯郸市在经济快速发展的同时,大气环境污染问题仍比较严重。从城市工业布局、结构、经营方式存在的问题,分析了问题产生的原因,并就问题的解决途径和今后污染防治进行了初步探讨,提出了应改善城市能源结构,加强生态建设等对策。
This paper stressed that the rapid development of industry of Handan city caused the serious air environmental problems. The problems in the distribution of industry , city structure and production management are discussed. The countermeasure, such as optimization of urban energy structure, ecological construction, are put forward.
