摘要
如何把青年大学生培养成为品德高尚、全面发展的栋梁之才,是新时期高校共青团工作的重中之重。笔者结合多年从事基层共青团工作的经验,着重从育人、管理、服务三个方面展开了论述。
The work that how to foster undergraduates to be talent is the most important for the Communist Youth League work in University today.
