肾移植术后牙龈增生的分析 被引量：4

摘要 目的 :探讨肾移植术后用药对牙龈增生的影响。方法 :对 1 62例肾移植术后口服环孢素和(或 )钙离子通道阻滞剂出现牙龈增生的病例进行分析。结果 :1 62例肾移植术后病人 ,牙龈增生患病率35 .8%。口服环孢素和钙离子通道阻滞剂组发病率明显高于单服环孢素组 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 :对于肾移植术后同时口服环孢素和钙离子通道阻滞剂者应加强口腔卫生 ,预防。
