摘要
对工程项目管理中合同与法律之间的关系 ,工程项目管理中合同至上原则 ,工程项目管理中法律对合同的保护、补充作用和对合同至上原则的限制 ,如何选择合同或法律来解决工程问题等进行了详细的分析说明 ,以期使读者更好的把握工程项目管理中合同与法律之间的关系 ,奉行合同至上原则 。
This paper thoroughly discusses the relation between contract and law, the princ iple of contract paramountship, the protection and supplement for contract acqui red from law, the restriction on the principle of contract paramountship acquire d from law, and how to choose contract or law to solve problems in the project m anagement. The object of this paper is to help readers understand the relation b etween contract and law better, make them comply with the principle of contract paramountship and use the knowledge in this paper and contract to deal with the project management better.
