摘要
应用叶绿素注射显色法,对13只狗的胸导管和周围淋巴结进行了观察和测量,胸导管长26.92±2.78cm,与身长的回归方程为 =0.3513X+4.2211(cm)。乳糜池出现率较高,胸导管左偏处的直径较粗。胸导管末端多注入左静脉角。髂总淋巴结和支气管淋巴结较大,腰淋巴结和纵隔淋巴结较小,位置不定。同时对狗的胸导管和周围淋巴结的比较解剖学特点进行了讨论。
With injecting chlorophyll,the thoracic duct and lymph nodes around it were stud- ied on 13 dogs.The thoracic duct is 26.92±2.78cm in length,the regression equation of it and body height is =0.3513X±4.2211(cm).The ratio of the cisterna chyli is high, the middle part of the thoracic duct is thick,Generally,the end of thoracic duct enters the left venous angle.The common ilial lymph nodes and bronchial lymph nodes are large,their shapes are unusual.The lumbar lymph nodes and mediastinal lympg nodes are small,their locations are uncertain.Comparative anatomic characters of the thoracic duct and lymph nodes around it were discusssed.
