摘要
目的 探讨系统型红斑狼疮 (SLE)死亡 36例的临床特点。方法 对 12 3例SLE住院病人中死亡 36例进行回顾性总结分析。结果 在直接死亡原因中 ,感染居首位 ,占 4 2 7% ,心衰占 38 9% ,中枢衰竭占 19 4 % ,肾衰占 13 9% ,呼衰占 8 3% ,其它占 8 3%。结论 SLE常合并感染 ,多器官功能损害导致死亡。提高对本病的早期临床识别、合理治疗 ,是延长生存时间、改善预后的重要措施。
Objective To study the clinical characteristics in 36 patients of deaths with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).[WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]A retrospective study was performed in this hospital in 36 inpatients with SLE.Results [WT5”BZ]In the direct causes of death,infection was in the first place dangerous factors(47.2%),the patients died of heart failure in 38.9%,died of central failure in 19.4%,died of renal failure in 13.9%,died of respiratory failure in 8.3%,and else causes in 8.3%[WT5”HZ]Conclusion [WT5”BZ]Infection was common with SLE,mutiple organs failure led to death.To elevate early clinical diagnosis and use reasonable treatment are the key to prolong the time of survival and improve the prognosis. [WT5”HZ]
