摘要
目前投运的一些循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的给煤系统存在给煤不畅、堵塞等问题。经分析,认为采用皮带给煤机和热一次风送煤是大型CFB锅炉给煤系统的发展方向,给出了给煤系统的优化设计方案和正确的运行方式。
Problems like coal feed impediment and blockage etc. exist in coalfeeding systems of some circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in operation at present. Through analysis, it is found that the development trend is to adopt belt coalfeeder and hot primary air for coalfeeding system of the largescale CFB boilers. Optimized design scheme and correct operation mode have been given.
