摘要
运用文献资料法 ,分析了我国体育产业立法的现状和问题 ,阐述了产生这些问题的原因。并提出了解决这些问题的具体对策 :为适应我国体育产业发展的需要应不断完善我国的体育立法机制 ,构建体育的全面的法律体系 ,中国体育产业的发展才能真正走向可持续发展的市场经济大道。
By using the method of documentary,this article analyzes the present situation and problems of Chinas sports industry legislation,discusses the cause of some problems and brings forth concrete ways to cope with these problems.The conclusion is:in order to gear to the demand of sports industry advancing.We should perfect the legislative mechanism of our nation constantly and construct an overall legal system for sports industry.Only by this means,can the development of Chinas sports industry be kept on the track of a healthy and sustainable development.
