摘要
在补偿电网中发生单相接地故障时,继电保护选择性是国内外长期存在的一大技术难题。利用参数增量法研制成功的微机接地保护或自动选线装置,原理简明、灵敏度高、可靠性好,能够检出高阻接地故障,现已在我国的中压电网中投入运行。
Under the conditions of a permanent single phase ground fault in networks with resonance neutral grounding, the selectivity of ground relay was always a sticky problem concerned by specialists in power systems in the world. The principle of parameter increment method used for micro-computerized ground relay is simple and efficient, with high sensitivity and reliability. Appropriate devices, which are able to detect high-resistance ground fault, have been put into operation in MV networks in China.
