摘要
根据雷诺方程及其边界条件,用差分法及数值积分法,计算出气垫式电磁声探头的气膜承载能力及气膜高度,为多孔供气的平行平板间隙内的气膜参数的计算提供了有效的算法。
According to Reynolds equation and its boundary factors, the load-bearing capacity and the thickness of air cushion of the electromagnetic acoustic probe were worked out by using differential method and numerical integral. So obtained results could be used for computing the air cushion parameters in the gap of parallel plates with multi-hole gas supplying.
