摘要
在介绍卧式车床进给机构经济型数控改造原理的基础上,提出卧式车床进给机构数控改造计算机辅助设计系统的总体结构,讨论了系统设计的主要步骤流程和技术特点。利用该CAD系统,可完成滚珠丝杠、步进电机和齿轮的设计计算与选型,并可根据选出的参数画出车床进给机构改造后的传动系统图及相关零件图,大大提高了数控改造的效率。
Based on the introduction of the principle of numerical control transformation for horizontal lathes feed mechanism economically, the whole structure of CAD system on numerical control transformation for horizontal lathes feed mechanism is proposed. Its main steps, flow chart and technical features are discussed. Ball leading screw, step motor and gears of performance data are designed and selected. Both the driving system drawing of horizontal lathes feed mechanism and the relative part drawings are made according to the parameters selected, and efficiency of numerical control transformation is improved.
