摘要 详细地讨论了国际上针对视频信息传输中信源编解码的最新研究热点问题。通过对可调节性视频编解码技术的分类 ,对核心算法的分析 ,结合应用领域的特点 ,提出了可调节视频编解码技术的广泛应用需要折衷解决高压缩比、高适应性 (带宽可调节性 )和低复杂性 3个问题 。 The international up to the minute research problem aiming at source encoding and decoding in video transmission is discussed systematically and in detail. By classifying scalable video coding techniques, analyzing nuclear algorithms and combining features of application fields, it is proposed that the wide application of video coding techniques needs to seek a tradeoff among the three factors of high compression efficiency, high flexibility (bandwidth scalability), and low complexity to solve the prolem of quality of service fluctuation.
