摘要
知识经济已经开始给当前的高等教育带来了全方位的强大冲击和震撼 .创新人才培养已成为高等教育观念特别是人才观念的基础 ,因而要求注意对人才的德、能综合素质的培养 ,具体到高等职业技术教育的创新人才培养 。
The knowledge economy has brought about all round strong impacts on the current higher education.With the making of personnel with creative thinking being the basic concept of high education,especially of the views on talents,it is required to lay stress on the cultivation of students'comprehensive qualities in morality and professional competence.This is more significant for the higher vocational education.
