川芎嗪改善肾脏低温保存效果的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究川芎嗪在肾脏保存中的作用及可能的作用机制。方法将草犬分为两组 ,对照组用4℃高渗枸橼酸盐嘌呤溶液 (HC-A液 )对供肾进行灌注和保存 ,实验组用4℃含川芎嗪 (4mg/L)的HC -A液对供肾进行灌注和保存 ,分别于24、48h后观察肾脏生物化学指标的改变。结果实验组肾脏线粒体呼吸控制率 (RCR)、细胞内Ca2 +含量和皮质ATP含量等指标明显优于对照组 (P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪可提高肾脏保存效果 ,其作用机理可能与改善低温保存肾脏的能量代谢有关。 Objective To study the application of Ligustrazine in the kidney preservation solution and posˉsible mechanism.Methods Eight canines were randomly divided into2groups:in group I,the kidneys were flushed with HC-A solutions,and in group II,the kidneys were flushed with HC-A solutions which Ligustrazine was added(4mg/L).After24h and48h preservation at4℃,the biochemical indices of the kidneys were asˉsessed.Results Biochemical indices such as RCR,Ca 2+ concentration of mitochrondrial and ATP of the kidneys in group II were significantly superior to those of group I(P<0.05).Conclusions Ligustrazine could improve the preservation effects of donor kidneys.The mechanism might be that it could improve the energy mechanism of cryopreservation kidneys.
