摘要
目的 探讨卵胞浆内单精子显微注射 (ICSI)治疗少子弱精不孕症的临床效果。方法 回顾分析了 6 8对少弱精子不孕症夫妇 81个ICSI治疗周期。结果 6 8例患者 81周期共取卵 76 6个 ,MⅡ期卵母细胞共 6 74个 ,MⅡ期卵母细胞正常受精率 81.3% ,卵裂率 934% ,生化妊娠 32例 (周期生化妊娠率 39.5 % ) ,临床妊娠 2 8例 (周期临床妊娠率为 34.6 % )。结论 :ICSI应用于少弱精不孕症的治疗可取得较好的临床效果。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) in treating oligoasthenozoospermia infertility. Methods: 81 ICSI cycles in 68 cases with infertility due to oligoasthenozoospermia were reviewed. Results: In 81 cycles (68 cases), 766 oocytes were obtained, among which 674 were metaphase Ⅱ(MⅡ), The normal fertilization rate of MⅡoocytes was 81.8%, the cleavage rate was 93.4%, the biochemical pregnancies were achieved in 31 cases (the rate was 39.5% per cycle), the clinical pregnancies were achieved in 28 cases (the rate was 34.6% per cycle). Conclusion:ICSI has better clinical effect in treating oligoasthenozoospermia infertility.
