摘要
城市设计这一概念往往很不确定。我国的城市设计大多以"指导方针"形式出现,用以控制和指导城市的形态建设,但很受规划的制约。另一种城市设计是通过大型示范性工程的建造去整合原有城市环境,并对附近地区的发展起引导作用,作者称之为"引导性"或"可行的"城市设计,国外不乏其例。作为一种动态概念,城市设计将会随着相关学科的发展而不断变化,相互融合,甚至最终消亡。
It is usually uncertain what the concept of urban design really means in practice. Most of domestic urban designs play a role of guidelines to control and guide the urban construction in shape. It is sometimes over restricted by regulations of planning. Another type of urban design, which serves as single triggering real project, integrates existing urban environment, guides and inspires the development of surrounding area, hence named 'triggering ' or 'feasible ' urban design by the author. Such examples are not rare abroad. As a kind of dynamic concept, urban design will be unceasingly changed with the development of relevant disciplines and assimilated with each other, even be withered away at last.
