摘要
基于建设生态省的理念与要求,对福建山地环境,包括自然力主导作用下的状态特征以及人类活动主导作用下的演变特征,及其与生态省建设的内在关联进行综合评析;在此基础上,重点阐述生态省建设框架下福建山地环境可持续开发利用与宏观生态调控的一些问题与对策,包括一些个案。
Entering 21st century, a key strategy of constructing ecological province was worked out by Fujian, a mountainous province in the southeast of Chinese mainland。 Taking Fujian as a case study, this paper first gave an in-depth analysis about the features of the province's mountainous environment, including two categories identified by the authors, status features mainly nature induced and evolving features mainly human induced. The profound implications of these features related to the Ecological Province undertaking were also expounded. Then, the paper focused on discussion about some major issues and countermeasures of integrated control and reasonable use of mountainous environment of the province.
