摘要
目的探讨肱骨近端骨折的治疗.方法使用AO锁定肱骨近端接骨板(瑞士Mathys公司生产简称LPHP)治疗肱骨近端骨折20例.结果20例随访6～13个月,并行评估.优14例,良4例,可2例.结论使用LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折,尤其对粉碎性骨折具有良好的固定效果.
Objective To investigate the treatment of the fracture of the proximal humerus. Methods 20 fractures of the proximal humerus were treated by open reduction and internal fixation using the LPHP technique (Mathys Medical Belux N. V. -S. A). Results At 6 to 13 months evaluations, the results were poor in 2 cases, fair in 4 cases and excellent in 14 cases. Conclusion The LPHP technique presented a good efficacy of internal fixation in the management of the proximal humerus fracture, especially in the smashed cases.
