摘要
通过水杨酸和制霉菌素的平板抑菌效果比较,发现水杨酸抑菌能力较制霉菌素强,但单独使用水杨酸和制霉菌素均不能完全抑制蓝湿革霉菌的生长,只有结合使用才有明显的抑菌效果。平板实验表明:1.5%水杨酸与2.0万μ/ml制霉菌素的混合液能够完全抑制蓝湿皮上霉菌的生长。应用实验证明:用 1.5%水杨酸与 2.0 万μ/ml制霉菌素的混合液处理蓝湿革,在31 ℃的恒温恒湿培养箱中放置三个月以上未见长霉菌,说明水杨酸和制霉菌能够用于蓝湿革的短期防霉。
To get good mold inhibitors for inhibiting the molds which grow on the wet blue commonly,the mold inhibitory behaviors of salicylic acid and nystatin as main objects have been studied. The results showed that salicylic acid has stronger inhibition than that of nystatin.There are very weak mould inhibitory actions when salicylic acid and nystatin are used alone. The culture bottle experiment results indicated that the mixture of 1.5% salicylic acid and 20,000 μ/mL nystatin could inhibit all the moulds grown on the wet blue. The wet blues treated with 1.5% salicylic acid and 20,000 μ/mL nystatin have been stored in incubator at 31℃for more than three months, there are no molds be observed on them. These results are the same as that of the culture bottle experiments. The experiments showed that salicylic acid and nystatin could be used as mold inhibitor during the short-term store of wet blue.
