摘要 粗山羊草是普通小麦的D染色体组供体,为了寻找粗山羊草中对小麦产量性状遗传改良有益的基因,通过 对四倍体硬粒小麦与粗山羊草杂交合成的双二倍体Am6-1和普通小麦品种Ph85-16的回交一代进行产量性状变异 特点分析,发现粗山羊草的D组染色体对小麦的产量性状具有显著影响,千粒重、穗长、穗粒数和每穗小穗数明显高 于Ph85-16;同时利用130对SSR引物对几个与产量性状相关的QTL位点进行了定位,初步寻找到4个主效QTL,它 们分别为与穗长相关的QSl.sdau-5D,其贡献率为31.58%,与株高相关的QPh.sdau-1D,其贡献率为25.38%,与穗粒 数相关的QGs.sdau-5D,其贡献率为44.65%,与千粒重相关的QTgw.sdau-3D,其贡献率为61.62%。 The D genome of common wheat came from Aegliops tauschii. In order to find the gene that can improve the yield trait of common wheat, the variation characteristic of the yield trait of BC1 from T. durum-Ae. Squarrosa amphidiploids and common wheat Ph85-16 was analyzed. The result showed that chromosomes in D genome from Aegliops tauschii affected yield trait of wheat significantly. Spike length, grain number each spike, spike number each plant and thousand grain weight of BC1 were higher than that of Ph85-16. Meanwhile, four main-effect QTLs affecting yield trait were detected by 130 SSR primer pairs of D genome, which were QS1. sdau-5D associated spike length whose contribution was 31. 58% , QPh. sdau-1D associated plant height whose contribution was 25. 38% , QGs. sdau-5D associated grain number/spike whose contribution was 44.65% and QTgw.sdau-3D associated thousand grain weight whose contribution was 61.62% .
