镜下导航在颅底肿瘤手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨显微镜下结合神经导航系统在颅底肿瘤手术中的应用。方法:应用美国StrykerLeibinger神经导航系统,结合显微镜手术切除35例各类颅底肿瘤。结果:35例颅底肿瘤,在满足神经导航注册准确性和术中导航持续准确性的前提下,术后近期复查CT或MRI证实肿瘤全切除33个(94.3%)、次全切除2个(5.7%)。出院时患者症状明显改善34例(86.2%),无明显变化1例(13.8%),无病情恶化及死亡。结论:应用镜下导航系统,除了常规导航系统所具有的优势如在术前可制定详细的脑肿瘤手术计划,术中可辅助术者追踪瘤体外,它的最大特点是术中术者眼睛不必离开视野,提高了精确性和安全性,有助于切除肿瘤并降低手术并发症。
