弥漫性轴索损伤35例治疗分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过对我院收治35例颅脑弥漫性轴索损伤患者的治疗分析,探讨检查和治疗要点。方法非手术综合治疗,包括保持呼吸道通畅早期冬眠治疗防治脑水肿应用阿片受体拮抗剂防治并发症应用神经细胞营养药物治疗及高压氧康复治疗结果。35例中恢复良好8例,轻残9例,重残6例,植物生存2例,死亡10例。死亡10例中6例有合并伤,死亡率为28.6%。结论疑为弥漫性轴索损伤的病人,情况许可时尽可能行MRI扫描检查以便及时确诊。早期纠正低血压和低氧血症,及时处理各种并发症等适当的非手术综合治疗可明显降低其死残率。
