摘要
以人为本、促进人的全面发展是人类社会不断进步的标志,是在全球化条件下国家进步的合理要求。十六大首次提出"促进人的全面发展"这一命题意义重大。促进人的全面发展是马克思主义的基本理念,是可持续发展的本质之所在,更是我国实施可持续发展战略进程中的科学选择。
Promoting the all-round development of man, as human-oriented, is the symbol of the constant progress of mankind and reasonable demand of the country progress under the condition of globalization.Promoting the all-round development of man which has been put forward at the 16th CCPC is of great importance. Promoting the full development of man is the fundamental thoughts of Marxism. It is not only the essential need of the sustainable development, but also the scientific choice in the course of the sustainable development of China.
