摘要
国际上关于角膜接触镜后顶焦度的测量主要分为两种 ,即 :空气法和溶液法。多年来 ,国际上对于接触镜后顶焦度的测量一直处于较混乱的状态 ,各个国家及各个厂商的产品由于采用不同的测量方法和测量仪器 ,互相之间的可比性很差。从计量学的观点 ,无论使用何种原理的测量仪器 ,无论采用何种测量方法 ,对一个特定的产品来说 ,它的光学量或物理量只能有一个真值 ;产品的标称值应该尽可能接近真值。而对于眼镜或接触镜来说 ,由于其具有矫正患者视力的功能 ,我们将更加关心这类产品的光学或物理特性的准确和可靠。否则就会给消费者带来伤害 ,而达不到预期的矫正目的。本文重点研究并论述了 :(1)空气法和溶液法之间的相互关系以及接触镜的国际市场现状 ;(2 )建立溶液法校准方法和测试规范的必要性 ;(3)在空气法和溶液法之间建立统一的校准和量值溯源体系。
There are two methods mainly used for determination of back vertex power of contact lens. One is the focimeter method measured in air; the other is the Moiré deflectometer or Hartmann method measured in saline. From the view of metrology, no matter what kind of instruments or test methods being used, a given product can only has one real value and the nominal value should be as close as possible to the real one. For ophthalmic products, which include spectacle lenses and contact lenses, having special use for correcting human vision, so more care must be taken to the reliability and reproducibility of their powers. This paper has given research results of the situations for the measurements of back vertex power of contact lens throughout the world. Also some recommendations are included as follows: 1. A normalized world contact lens market should be established as soon aspossible; 2. A unified set of test lenses should be used for Calibration of both focimetermethod and measurement of lens immersed in saline; 3. A New ISO Standard should be established as soon as possible.
