摘要
"消费者惰性"指消费者在权益受到侵犯时不愿意利用法律武器投诉索赔的现象。文章利用博弈模型,从法律制度和消费者自身素质两个角度分析了"消费者惰性"的起因、危害及两种主要治理措施。
Abstract:'Consumers's inertia means that when the rights and interests of consumers are infringed they are not going to protect themselves by law. This article applies the model of game theory to the analysis of the causes of 'consumer's inertia' in the two respects of the legal system and consumer's own personal quality with suggestions of two major kinds of administrative measures to cope with the phenomenon in practice.
