摘要
循环经济是新世纪国际社会的一大趋势,倡导在物质不断循环利用的基础上发展经济,是符合可持续发展战略的一种全新发展模式。根据循环经济的内涵、原则及模式,发展循环经济应采取相应的对策。
Circular economy is an international trend in this century, which proposing that economy will be developed on the base of material circularly used. It is a completely new mode according with the stratagem of sustainable development. According to the principles and models of circular economy,should take appropriate countermeasures on the development of circular economy.
