摘要
专利战略对企业的发展具有重要作用,但我国企业的专利工作还存在一定的问题。应立足我国企业的现状,从增强企业专利意识入手,注重专利文献的利用,强化对引进技术的消化吸收,制定切实可行的专利技术开发、保护、实施和管理战略。
The patent strategy is important to the development of enterprises,but there are some problems in the patent work of enterprises.We should according to the present situation of our enterprises,start with enhancing the patent consciousness of enterprises,emphasize the utilization of patent documents,stress the digestion of import technology,and formulate a practicable strategy to develop,preserve,practise,and manage patent technology.
