摘要
汽车发动机故障．除了硬性的机械破坏性故障外，其它如点火系统、汽缸压力、燃油压力等故障均可在发动机燃烧和废气排放中得到反映。根据汽车汽油发动机废气形成的原理及有关影响因素，通过对废气分析仪测试不同工况下四种废气成分的数据分析，表明废气分析仪能快速有效地查找到汽油发动机的故障原因；通过对故障诊断应用实例的分析，说明废气分析仪在发动机故障诊断中具有良好的应用前景。
The breakdown of a motor engine,except for the mechanical problems,is related to such cases as lighting system,the lack of pressure ofcylinder or fuel,which can be reflected by the burning of the engine and fume and the waste gas from cars.According to the principles of the forma-tion of the waste gas in the auto gasoline engine and other factors.By analyzing the four different components of the waste gas with the analysis in-strument,which can quickly find out the trouble of the gasoline engine.Through the analyses of the real examples in the diagnose of engine troubles,the analysis instrument will have better prospect of application in the diagnose of the engine troubles.
