摘要
改革开放以来,我国高新技术产业有了长足的发展,但依然存在着诸多问题。这些问题产生的原因主要是高新技术产业发展所必需的"经济生态环境"在我国还不完善。为了加快我国高新技术产业的发展,必须从政府、企业、市场等方面入手,改变不适应其发展的制度环境及文化环境,营造一个适应其发展的"经济生态环境",改良和完善技术创新系统。
Since the reform and opening-up policy has been put into practice, China's high-tech industry has developed sufficiently. But there is still a long way to go while comparing with developed countries. This paper expounds the status quo of China's high tech industry and its existing problems, then makes analysis on the cause of the problems. It finally puts forward some countermeasures to develop China's high tech industry.
