摘要
当今自行车用涂料已从传统的防锈作用,演变成高装饰性与防锈性并重。珠光涂料具有良好的装饰性、耐候性、保色性、防锈性及化学稳定性,广泛用于汽车、摩托车、自行车及家电。介绍了几种自行车用珠光涂料的配方及施工方法,并列举了涂料的性能指标。讨论了涂料用基料和珠光颜料,并比较了分散剂和抗沉淀剂对涂料性能的影响。
Pearlescent paint has the features of good dccora-tion,higher weatherability.color retention.rust re-sistance and chemical stability.which has beenwidely used in bicycles,motorcycles,automotivesand house appliances.Several pearlescent paint for-mulations,application methods and properties havebeen listed.This paper also discussed the binderused and pearlescent pigments,compared the effectsof dispersant and antisettle agent on the propertiesof paints.
