摘要
目的 探讨住院康复期老年精神病患者抑郁状况及相关因素 ,为临床护士做好针对性护理提供科学的理论依据。方法 应用一般情况调查问卷、老年抑郁量表、家庭支持 Apgur问卷 ,对 98例患者进行调查 ,并做统计分析。结果 康复期老年精神疾病患者有抑郁情绪的占 5 2 % ,其发生与婚姻状况 ,有无躯体合并症及经济状况 ,家庭支持程度有关 ( P<0 .0 5 )。结论 护理人员应对康复期老年精神疾病患者的抑郁情绪给予足够的重视 ,并进行有效的护理 。
Objective To investigate the depressive status of convalscent senile psychopath and the correlation,and to produce a scientific theoretical basis for the clinical neursing staff.Methods Investigates were conducted with the Geriatic Depression Scale GDS,General questionaire,Apgur in the 98 patient.Results There are 52% patients with depressive mood in the convalescent senile psychopath ,which is correlated with marrage state,physical symptom,economic state and family support(P<0.05).Conclusion Neursing staff should pay more attention to the depressive mood of senile psychopath.
