摘要
目的 对离子电极法和酶法两种测量钾钠的方法作一个评价。方法 通过线性测定、重复 性试验、回收试验、相关性试验、干扰试验对其进行评价。结果 两种方法所检测的项目其线性 范围、回收率均符合要求,重复性良好,批内批间CV%均在允许范围内,相关系数r>0.95,t检 验无显著性差异(p>0.05),酶法的干扰因素大于离子电极法。结论 两种方法可以交替使用,更 加方便了临床应用。
Objective To evaluate the Electrode Method and Enzyme Method for K-Na determination. Method Being evaluated by using linearity test、repetition test、recovery test、correlation test and interference test.Results linearity range and the rate of recovery of two methods is satisfatory. Both of them have a good repeatability and the total imprecision CV% is acceptable, the correlation coefficient r>0.95,t-test has no significant difference(p>0.05).But we should notice that the Enzyme Method for K-Na determination has more interference factor than Electrode Method. Conclusions Both of them can alternate use ,so we can apply them in clinic more conveniently.
