摘要
目的 观察密盖息与骨化三醇(1.25(OH)2VitD3)联合治疗糖尿病并发骨质疏松的疗效。 方法 对47例糖尿病并发骨质疏松患者进行两种药物联合治疗,疗程10个月,并观察、对比治疗前后症状、体征改善及尿DPD变化。 结果 经治疗,患者症状、体征明显减轻,总有效率97.87％,尿DPD有所下降,症状、体征改善先于尿DPD的变化。 结论 密盖息与骨化三醇联合治疗骨质疏松疗效好,宜早期应用。
Objective To observe the therapeutical effect of Miacalcia and 1.25(OH)2VitD3 on diabetes patients complicatedwith osteoporosis. Methods Forty-seven diabetes patients complicated with osteoporosis were treated with miacalcia and 1.25(OH)2VitD3 over a course of 10 months. The clinical symptoms, signs and DPD Changes were also observed . Results Thesymptoms and signs were improved after treatment with a total effective rate of 97.87% and urine DPD was reduced. ConclusionMiacalcia and 1.25(OH)2VitD3 is effective for treatment of diabetes patients complicated with osteoporosis.
