摘要
以蓝猪耳(Toreniafournieri)叶片为外植体,研究了离体培养条件过程中多种物理化学因素对蓝猪耳愈伤组织的形成和植株再生的影响,进而筛选出了离体培养的最优条件.
Using the leave explants of Torenia fournieri L., the effects of various factors (auxin, sugars, nitrogen type as well as temperature) on tissue culture and plantlet regeneration were studied, and the favourite condition for torenia culture in vitro was established.
