摘要 目的:评价左旋卡尼汀(L卡尼汀)对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的治疗效果。方法:选择CHF患者136例随机分成2组,每组68例,对照组使用常规治疗方法,卡尼汀组加用L卡尼汀,治疗10d后比较NYHA心功能分级及心脏指数、左室射血分值和E/A改善情况。结果:①两组治疗后均有效,心功能显著改善。②治疗组的总有效率明显优于对照组(89%vs70%,P<0.05);心功能改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:CHF患者短期适量补充外源性卡尼汀有益于改善心功能。 AIM: To evaluate the clinical effect of levocanitine on congestive heart failure(CHF). METHSODS: 136 CHF patients were divided into two groups randomly, each consisting of 68 patients. In the control group (n=68), patients were treated with commonly used drugs. In the levocanitine group (n=68), patients were treated with conventionally used drugs and levocanitine. NYHA cardiac function grade, cardiac index, ejection fraction and E/A were compared 10 days later. RESULTS: ①Both treatments were effective for CHF, and cardiac function was improved. ②Effective rate of the levocanitine group,whose cardiac function was improved significantly(P<0.05), was higher than that of the control group(89% vs 70%, P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Appropriate endogenous levocanitine is beneficial to the improvement of the cardiac function of CHF patients.
