摘要
用计算机对污染物在大气中的扩散进行模拟具有快速、准确的优点。在其基础上可建立区域大气质量管理系统。该系统包括:1.气象数据的输入及管理模块;2.烟源数据的输入与管理模块;3.污染物排放优化管理模块等。通过该系统可以进行污染物扩散模拟与预测、大气环境系统的优化管理、大气环境系统的优化规划。
The diffusion of the poUutant discharged to the air can be accurately and quickly simulated by computer. On a basis of modeling, a management system of Regional Atmospheric Quality Control System (RAQCS) can be founded. It includes: 1. input and management of weather data; 2. input and management of data of the pollutant origin; and 3. optimum management of pollutant discharged. By this system, predicting the diffusion of pollutant, managing and controlling air quality can be done.
